MANDILICIOUS™ offers several revenue streams and has a high volume potential and delivers excellent levels of gross margin. There are three different types of franchise depending on the territory/country of interest:
The Master Franchise (MF) will be the exclusive owner and operator of the MANDILICIOUS™ trademark and operations in a determined territory/country. Besides owning & operating, the Master Franchisee is given the right to sub-franchise outlets within their territory.
AREA DEVELOPMENT FRANCHISE
The Area Developer (AD) will be granted exclusivity to own and operate the MANDILICIOUS™ trademark and operations in a determined number of units within their territory.
The Franchisee in this option buys the right to own and operate a single unit.

MANDILICIOUS™ will assist with the development of advertising materials & creative concepts as well as marketing strategies.
MANDILICIOUS™ will assist with evaluating local materials that are part of the production as well as equipment used in the operations. MANDILICIOUS™ will also assist when needed with qualifying or recommending suppliers as well as in the testing & commissioning process. MANDILICIOUS™ will negotiate wherever possible on behalf of its members, passing those discounts on to the franchisees.
MANDILICIOUS™ provides ongoing training & support in various operations & logistics areas of the business including unit operations, customer-service techniques, sales, maintenance, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines, & administrative procedures as well as food & beverage general training.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
MANDILICIOUS™ will continue to research dishes, flavors, methods & techniques for all areas of the operations, which will enhance customer’s experience, brand strength, sales as well as unit-level profitability.
The areas of training, purchasing, franchisee communications and research & development are also included in the support program.
HR strategy assistance is available if required.
Prior to approving a site for a unit/territory, MANDILICIOUS™ will provide franchisees with guidelines for a suitable location. Following those guidelines ensures the selection of a suitable location.
